Updated Bella Vista on the Park is a secure, quiet community adjacent to Carlin Park that we have completely remodeled and we recently installed a remote control SunBrella on the patio for a more enjoyable space and just replaced the patio furniture.. The recent exterior remodeling is complete on our building with the installation of new landscaping. We have completed a remodel with all new bathrooms in the two master suites, a completely new kitchen, and updated third bath, and all new flooring. Our location is ideally situated in the midst of the Jupiter Beach area's many attractions and within walking distance to the beach, pool, theaters, restaurants and shopping. The condo updates also include new furniture, wood floors on the second level, kitchen equipment, new beds, new blinds, window treatments, and we replaced all the windows and doors with Low E and high impact hurricane ratings. We also replace the air conditioning system with a high energy efficiency unit.
The 1800 SF (according to appraisal) condo, two-story upper villa consists of the following rooms:

We love this area because of the short walk to Jupiter Beach, two restaurants in walking distance, The Twisted Tuna open for lunch and dinner and Duke's Lazy Loggerhead Cafe at Jupiter Beach for breakfast and lunch. Close by are other excellent restaurants, Food Shack, Nature's Way Cafe, Casa Mia, Papichulos, Burger Fi, Andalucia, and Utiki. A Publix Super Market is just a few minutes away, and The Harbourside complex of restaurants and shops are less than a 5 minute drive. Starbucks is close by. We love the fact that we cannot hear traffic.
Some points of interests are the Jupiter Lighthouse and Museum. The Maltz theatre is close by with Broadway quality entertainment. If you are up for a drive go to Palm Beach Island to see the mansions and look at the shops along Worth Avenue which is our Rodeo Drive. Busch Wildlife Sanctuary is not too far away. The Norton Museum in West Palm Beach has more than 7600 works of art. I highly recommend the Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens in Delray Beach. It is a drive but if you go there take the slow route home by the ocean, it's worth it. For shopping other than Worth Avenue there is Palm Beach Garden Mall with both the known general brands and also high end brands. Rosemary Square area id also loaded with shops and great places to eat.
The pool is open, as well as the tennis courts.
