Summary: This house is in an excellent location, but not at all in condition to be rented. The house is wipe down clean, but not professionally cleaned. The carpets are full of mildew. There are stains everywhere. Food was stuck on dishes and pots. Bathrooms were not cleaned. Hot water was minimal and if the kitchen sink was on— the shower was cold. Even though it says the place is set up for 8– it is best suited to six or less. Also, it is not super clear there is only one shower. The outdoor furniture was minimal. One table was rusted out and did not have any seats in the chairs. The indoor dining table was unstable. The beds are very hard. We definitely would have moved and looked to find another place— but nothing was available. We spent minimal time at the house. Marsha did leave us note saying the carpet needed to be cleaned, but really the state of the carpet— which by the way— is in the bathrooms and the kitchen — is in extremely poor condition. Also it says there is a hot tub on the property, but there is not. We took about 25 pics and videos if anyone needs to see more.
