To date a couple of guests mentioned the activity but no guests complained about it.

◊ ROAD NOISE: There is a 6 foot wall around the front of the house to soften the road noise.

Summary: Enjoyed our stay, very cool and well appointed studio. Had many special touches and welcome goodies. The den off the bed area is a great place to hang out, the decor is hip. You have to be comfortable with folks possibly in the attached other rental, as you can hear them if they are not quiet, but that is explained in the listing. It really didn't bother us, but we did notice it. Host is very friendly and goes out of his way to make things nice for you. Even came to shovel a little snow off the patio area one morning. A designated place to park is a great plus, as parking can be hard to come by in the Santa Fe area. We would stay there again. thx Ricardo.
