The Bay house is located down Historic Fort Morgan Road just minutes from and surrounded by public beaches, waterparks, restaurants/ bars, put-put golf, and everything else that Gulf Shores has to offer. The house sits across the road from the Federal Wildlife Refuge, with pristine beaches and hiking trails including "Gator Lake". There are five star championship golf courses all over and around the island just minutes away. There is even a straight shot to a Walmart and Rouse etc. located right there on Fort Morgan Road. The house has space for 5+ cars and room to bring your own boat. There is 150 feet of private waterfront and a 200ft pier that is great for fishing, crabbing, boating, or just lying in the sun watching the porpoise (dolphins) and beautiful bird life. It is not uncommon to see porpoise, that often come right up close to the pier, but randomly. The house can accommodate 12 people with 3 king set bedrooms, 4 baths, 3 dens with 4 queen sleeper sofas.
