Welcome to our beautiful, modern, spacious waterfront home on Lake Chapin, an all sports lake. Our home sits on 1.5 acres on a beautifully landscaped hill that offers breathtaking views of the lake and our private dock - you can even have a pontoon boat delivered to the nearby launch so you can leave it at the dock for your trip! (Boat lift is not available). You can also swim right off our dock and enjoy your private swim island! Or if you prefer, you can relax year round in our large Masterspa! As you pull up to the home after via a private road, you'll realize this is a secluded gem in the heart of Southwest Michigan. This is your ideal home for summer lake fun, fall leave turning/pumpkin patch visits, winter snow activities, and spring winery tours.
Our home features 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and multiple outdoor entertaining spaces providing plenty of space for groups up to 15, but also cozy and charming for an intimate getaway. Our home has floor to ceiling windows in the main room which allow for abundant sunlight to stream into the home and offers amazing sunrise and sunset views. Off the main room, you can retreat to a cozy 3 seasons room with a fireplace after a long day on the lake or in the sun. Our home features amazing outdoor spaces including a small balcony off the main bedroom for quiet coffee in the morning with a view, an ample outdoor dining space to enjoy meals, rocking chairs to take in views of the lake, an Ooni Pizza oven for crisp pies, a fire pit for late nights, comfortable couches to stargaze and a large SWIM SPA! The spa is operated all year long. We also have a dock that has two kayaks and a private swim island with loungers!
Each room at the Lakeview Cove is thoughtfully curated for our guests to enjoy and nearly every room (including the laundry room!) offers incredible views of the lake. Cook up a meal in the the well stocked kitchen with granite countertops and high-end Wolf appliances. Enjoy your meals on our outdoor dining set on the deck or in the dining room. In the evenings, our basement is perfect for evening activities including watching a movie on a 75 inch flat screen smart TV, playing pool, ping pong or foosball, mixing up cocktails at the bar and enjoying a fire on the deck. When it's time to recharge, our 6 bedrooms provide for the ultimate sanctuary to retreat to. Each bedroom is stocked with high end linens and premium mattresses. The main bedroom features a premium king bed, sitting area, private balcony, and a large bathroom with a jetted tub.
