Beautiful new camp with a view of a 30 tree apple orchard. 8 minute walk to Paradox Lake private beach and a 5 minute drive to the town of Schroon Lake. Central heat and air conditioning for your comfort. Come and enjoy the fresh smell of knotty pine throughout this spacious camp with vaulted ceilings, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas range, soap-stone countertops (natural to this area), Smart TV with high speed internet service, washer and dryer, etc... There is an RV hookup 50amp outlet with a water supply as well. There is a screened enclosed gazebo, horseshoe pit, and gas grill. Small dogs allowed and must provide $100 pet fee. NO SMOKING please.
