Guests may also use the driveway and designated parking areas.
The basement and the primary bedroom walk-in closet are locked for owner storage and are not included in guest access.
Other things to note:
Golden Oaks is a peaceful residential community, and we ask guests to be considerate of our neighbors throughout their stay. Fleetwood's quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep outdoor conversations, music and other noise low during these hours and follow all local noise requirements at all times.
Many nearby restaurants and casual dining spots close around 9:00 PM, so we recommend checking hours and planning dinner ahead if you expect to arrive late.
Trash collection is Friday morning. If you arrive on Thursday, you may see trash and recycling bins placed at the bottom of the driveway for pickup.
Lawn care is completed once a week, typically on Tuesday or Wednesday. A landscaping crew may briefly be on the property during daytime hours.
