Guests will have full access to the entire apartment unit. The balcony is connected with an adjacent unit with a lattice fenced barrier for seperation. The upstairs units also share a fire escape entrance. The basement door remains locked for storage and is not able to be accessed by guests. The basement is a shared with another unit of the multifamily property.
During your stay hosts can be reached through app messages or by phone/text. We will be here to answer all questions before, during, and after your stay.
Parties and gatherings are NOT permitted.
The amount of guests staying in the unit should not exceed the amount of guests requested at booking and at no time should more than 3 guests be in the home. Guest counts may be monitored via external doorbell cameras. Please note management has a close relationship with local law enforcement and guests can be asked to leave at their own expense if any of the rules listed are violated.

SMOKING POLICY
No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the property. We reserve the right to charge a $500 Smoking Fee in addition to additional cleaning fees and cost of future lost business if the house smells of smoke or contains smoking related litter.
PET POLICY
Pets are allowed in the property as long as they are listed on the reservation prior to your stay. We do charge a one time pet fee per booking. This is not a nightly fee. Additional damages or extensive cleaning caused by pets will be requested post stay if needed. We ask guests to limit animals on the furniture as much as possible to avoid additional cleaning or damages to soft materials.
