The master BR has a king bed, 2nd BR has a king bed, loft BR has a California king bed (can be made private with a curtain), and a queen futon. The private downstairs den has a kitchen area, living area, and BR with a king bed. The house has 3 futons allowing up to a maximum of 14 people in the home.
