Any Violation of House Rules may result in a termination of booking, removal from property without refund and/or subject to a Penalty Fee
- No Smoking or Drugs. $300 fine to deodorize.
- No Parties or loud music after 10pm. (Additional $100 cleaning fee)

- No Overnight Street Parking
- No Confetti, Glitter, Slime, or Hair Dying.

- Do not use the FIREPLACE. It is a non-functioning fireplace.
- No open flames such as candles in the house
- No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial vehicles allowed per HOA.
SEPTIC TANK SYSTEM. This property runs on a very SENSITIVE Septic Tank. Please do not flush anything other than small amounts of toilet paper. Place all other possibilities into the trash. In the sink, do not pour coffee grounds, food, or oil down the drain. Do not park on the Grass (septic tank is below)

CHECK OUT Procedures
Check Out No Later Than 10:00 A.M. (Unless pre-approved by the host for a later check out)
1. Place used towels in laundry baskets located in each bathroom
2. Turn off all televisions and return remotes to the top of the TV Stands
3. Return all game pieces to their respective containers
4. Clear refrigerator of food Place dishes in the dishwasher (you are not obligated to run the cycle)
5. Dispose BBQ Charcoal Ashes if any
6. Clean up after your Pet (excessive Hair, stains, backyard feces)
7. Turn off all lights
8. Lock Doors
9. Message the host as soon as you have left the property
