Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Staff was super nice. The room, fitness center, halls, elevators and lobby were all nice and clean and modern. The fitness center was really good. I am happy that my room was quiet, everything worked and I had everything I needed. I travel for business, so convenience, quiet and the fitness center are everything to me.

Negative: The outside of this hotel is undergoing some contruction and it was really a mess, I wasn't sure where to go in at first, and half the sign being burnt out was a bad sign to me. I was nervous to walk in here, but the inside was so much better than the outside. Also, I travel weekly and almost everywhere else I stay offers free coffee and some kind of breakfast, so it was surprising not to see that.

Summary: Clean and comfortable, I feel like I have found another good hotel option in Richmond.
