Gorgeous and spacious craftsman-style home in Des Moines' hottest neighborhood. There is room for your entire group to enjoy this expansive yet cozy house all to yourselves. You will have the entire 5-bedroom home and yard to yourself.
On there main level, there is a fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom with a walk-in shower and clawfoot tub, large dining area, living room with a TV and cozy office/library.
On the second level is 3 bedrooms and another full bath. Off one bedroom is a bright sunroom with seating where you can take in views of the garden at OakPark DSM. This bedroom also features a smart TV as well.
The 3rd level boasts the final two bedrooms and a secret playroom ;). It's a great space for the kids to hang out separately from the adults. This space also features another smart TV.
The whole house is equipped with high-speed internet and plenty of storage space for your belongings.

The Avenues neighborhood is Des Moines' most happening area. Ingersoll avenue is home to some of the area's best restaurants and shops. Right next door is Oak Park DSM. The most exciting restaurant concept to come to Des Moines for a long time. It will open it's doors in Fall of 2023.

★Late Check-out is Available with 48 hr notice, subject to availability, $50 fee. A $100 late check-out fine will be charged for any unapproved late checkout.
