CLEANING
▶ Our professional cleaning team sanitizes all properties according to CDC guidelines and inspects each space before every stay.
▶ Dishwasher pods and laundry detergent pods are provided.
TOWELS
▶ Towels are not replaced daily. Please use them as you would expect to receive them.
▶ Damaged, stained, or missing towels will incur a replacement fee.
LOGISTICS
▶ Check-in: 4:00 PM
▶ Check-out: 11:00 AM
▶ Personalized self-check-in instructions are sent at 6:00 AM on the day of arrival.
▶ Must be 21 years or older to book.
PARKING
▶ The driveway is reserved for guests in the Main House.
▶ Ample free street parking is available directly in front of the property.
▶ Please prioritize curbside parking in front of the Guest House.
GARBAGE
▶ Residential Pickup: Monday & Thursday

▶ Bulk Pickup: Monday
▶ Place bins in front of the Main House, just before the sidewalk.
PETS
▶ Pets are welcome with prior approval.
▶ A sanitation fee of $75–$200 per pet applies depending on the number of pets and length of stay.
▶ A payment request will be sent on the day of arrival.
▶ We allow a maximum of 2 dogs, each under 45 lbs.
PARTIES & EVENTS
▶ No parties or events allowed unless pre-approved.
▶ Unauthorized events may result in fines up to $500 and additional guest charges.
SMOKING POLICY
▶ No smoking inside the home.
▶ Outdoor smoking is permitted if clean and odor-free.
▶ A fine of up to $500 will be applied if smoke is detected indoors.
QUIET HOURS
▶ Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
▶ Please respect the neighborhood. Noise violations may incur a $500 fine.
SECURITY CAMERAS & MONITORS
▶ The property is equipped with exterior surveillance and noise monitors for everyone’s safety.
▶ Cameras are located on the outside of the home only.
GRILL USE (If available)
▶ A $40 propane fee applies if you’d like to use the grill.
▶ Please notify us the night before so the tank can be filled after payment.
