Great location if you need to be near public transportation. We are less than 1/2 mile to the 24th St Bart Station. Walkable to several restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital is 1/2 mile from the apartment.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, both with queen size beds. There is storage in each bedroom. The couch pulls out to a sofa bed if needed. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal, a cup of coffee or tea.
There is one television in the living area with a Roku device so guests can log into their own accounts to watch what they like.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is a Peloton bike in one of the bedrooms. Feel free to bring your own bike shoes and you can enjoy a workout at home.
There is also a backyard area for guests to use. This is a shared space with other tenants.
No laundry inside the unit or building. There are a couple laundromats within close walking distance that are very good.
Street parking only. Guests can usually find parking within one to two blocks from the apartment. There are also parking garages available for a fee if needed. No designated parking but getting around using public transportation is very easy.
Guests are required to sign a lease separate from Airbnb.
There is a $200 Management Fee that is charged with the booking. This covers any utilities that go over $150 per month. If the bill does not go over $150 per month during your stay, this money will be refunded upon check out.
Guests have access to the entire apartment.

- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.

- Recycle & Compost if there are receptacles in the unit
- Please consume or take all leftover food. Extra food beckons little critters and bugs!
-No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
- Please only deposit toilet paper in the toilets please, SF has small pipes (no baby/adult wipes, floss, tampons, etc...)
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- A late check-out fee will be applied for check-outs as this will affect our cleaning team and following guests.
-During your stay of 30 days or more. If utilities (water, trash, electricity & gas) go over a total of $150, you will be requested to pay the difference if it is excessive. During the winter, San Franciscans wear layers of clothing to avoid high electric bills.
-Please be aware of your energy usage, especially during peak hours which are between 4-9pm each day. Be sure to turn off lights and heat when you are leaving. We appreciate guests helping to conserve energy.
