The home is located in the Black Hills on 2.5 acres and is decorated to celebrate the birds of the Black Hills. Bring your binoculars to watch the birds from the backyard and covered deck. Feed the deer and wild turkeys. A birdbath and birdfeeders encourage the birds to stop by. There’s a fireplace to use during the winter. Explore the large, wooded back yard. Rushmore, 75 minutes to Hot Springs, one hour to the Badlands, 45 minutes to Spearfish and one hour to Hill City. There are National Forest access and hiking trails just minutes away.
As you enter from the oversized garage, there is a mud room. You’ll then step up two stairs to the galley kitchen where there is seating for 8 and a walkout deck with outdoor seating. The back yard has both woods and open grass to spread out. The upstairs living area has a Roku TV and 2 couches with ottomans. 3 bedrooms (One queen, one full, two twins) and a full bathroom with shower tub complete the upstairs. 13 Stairs descend to the basement living area with TV, fourth bedroom (queen), laundry, second bathroom and a surprise fun room. This is a perfect location for families, couples or an adult group for your Black Hills vacation.
