Treat yourself to a wonderful stay at this 3 bedroom 3 bath home in a newly developed neighborhood only 7 minutes from Texas Tech. This location is perfect for small and large groups alike. This house features 1 king and 2 new queen bed sets high quality couches a 65 TV with Netflix access fast WiFi a fully-stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs and new furniture and mattresses for great rest! The driveway can fit 2 vehicles and street parking is free.
Each of the three bedrooms feature new furniture with the most comfortable mattresses you will sleep on while traveling. The first bedroom contains one king bed. The second and third bedrooms located upstairs have queen beds in them. Each bedroom has new comfortable pillows and linens that match the room's decor as well as bedroom lamps and sturdy nightstands.
The living room features plenty of seating with comfy new couches that also allows for an additional place for a guest or two to sleep. This area has a 65-inch Roku enabled TV with Netflix and local channels already setup for guests to use. We do not provide cable but you're welcome to download any other channels and use your own logins to watch whatever you like as well as use the screen mirroring function to mirror from tablets and laptops.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals during your stay and the laundry area is located just off the kitchen.
The bistro table is located right by the kitchen and is perfect for sharing meals or as a workspace.
The bathrooms are clean and stocked with all the linens and toiletries one might need throughout their stay. The hair dryer is mounted on the wall and other miscellaneous items are stored in the cabinet space under the sink. Shampoo and body wash is provided in each of the bathrooms in the dispensary.
The backyard is large fenced in and includes plenty of room to enjoy the West Texas sunsets.
This is not a pet friendly property so please make other arrangements for your furry friends. No exceptions will be made. If you are caught in violation of this policy, there will be an automatic $250 fee.
**Please do not have mail sent to this property as we do not have the mailbox keys. If you are needing something delivered from USPS, you will need to contact the local post office to make pickup arrangements.**

Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes that are sent out 3 days before your stay. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Should you need anything during your stay we live nearby and will usually be available to help at any time. We pride ourselves on our quick responses. The White Haus is located in the new development of Lincoln 16 located in northwest Lubbock just 7 minutes from Texas Tech Campus. Several grocery stores are located nearby, and a short drive will take you to all the downtown shops and restaurants.
The house is close to Loop 289 N. Frankford Avenue and the interstate making it a very convenient location for getting around the city.
Other than Uber Lubbock has poor transportation options, so it is recommended that you have a vehicle.
