Property is located in the South East end of Boynton just off Woolbright and I-95. 7-10 minutes from downtown DELRAY “the Ave”, the beaches, the Boynton Marina and downtown Boynton (4 miles to downtown Delray Beach, 3.5 miles to the beach — Boca Raton, Lake Worth, Wellington and downtown Palm Beach are also close by). Really central and great location.
Most exciting and unique is the private entrance to Caloosa park just a few blocks from the house through the neighborhood (Golfview Harbor). The park has beautiful topology, animal life and various fitness options — A recently refurbished running and exercise trial along with free tennis and racket ball courts provides endless possibilities for fun. They rent pavilions for parties and host sporting events on occasion. Golfcart rentals are available and will be delivered to the house upon request (for an additional fee). Quailridge Country club is a Golfcart ride away and tennis lessons can be arranged for adults and for kids (10am Saturday mornings for kids for $20).
The neighborhood, Golfview Harbor Estates (sister neighborhood to Chapel Hill) is quiet and beautiful with only three entrances so even though you will benefit from the ease of not being gated, you will not have much traffic other than local traffic. The house is in a private part of the neighborhood with a cul-de-sac so the traffic is even more diminished. A really nice and comfortable place. Very safe for kids to run around in. The neighborhood offers a clubhouse for party rentals at a very affordable price. The clubhouse is three houses away from the property.
We provide top-of-the-line Wi-Fi and all of the channels available on Xfinity. The pool is maintained weekly as is the lawn. Pest control is provided monthly for the interior and exterior. Cleaning service is provided by a professional boutique company that caters to vacation rentals. Washer and dryer on the property are large load and high tech. We just updated the security system to Xfinity and it integrates with the system throughout the house. One exterior front property camera (cannot be disabled) and one back patio can that can be disabled or relocated are available. The master bedroom offers a king size Temperpedic . The 2nd bedroom offers a full size bed with a new Temperpedic mattress topper. The kids room offers a queen size mattress and a twin in the top bunk that is safely secured to the wall and provide a great deal of secret play space for kids. The bunk bed room can easily sleep three. The second bathroom provides pool access so no need to ever run through the home in cold discomfort. Extensive pool towels and play equipment is provided. Bunk bed room has an extensive selection of books and toys for all ages. Small adult library provided in the den.
A Charleston style kitchen, with all ovens and microwave on the exterior large screened in patio, keeps the house temperature regulated and serves as a safety feature for small children. Screened in patio also provides French country style furnishings and a bar area. An electric grill will be provided upon request (at an additional fee). Fully stocked with all appliances and extensive dinnerware, flatware and glassware, this house is great for entertaining over the holidays. House is usually decorated for fall, Halloween and Hanukkah/Christmas, but decorations can be removed upon request to respect other faiths.
