Waterfront cottage on a private cove of 25 acre property in Tenants Harbor. Cottage has 2 bedrooms and a loft area with a twin bed. Wi-Fi. 2 full bathrooms, Washer, Dryer. As guests you will have access to 20 acres, including the private cove, a hiking trail thru spruce forested property, and pond. Private pond with float and ladder. Pond is warmer than the cove and spring fed. As the deck is elevated the cottage is not suitable for children younger than 10.
The space
Wood paneled living and dining area has a slider out to the deck facing the cove. Bedroom 1 w Queen is off of the living area and Bedroom 2 w Queen and the Bathroom are down a short hallway behind the living area. There is a semi private loft area above the living area with a twin bed if needed. While there is no door, the stairs allow for privacy in the space. Below the main living level is a bonus room set up as an art studio with slider out to grounds. 2nd Bath w shower and washer dryer.

Best part of the property is the privacy afforded and the access to the cove and surrounding area. Beyond the cove, there is a pond and old tennis court. A private trail across the property thru an old spruce forest ( about 1/3 mile ) which connects to a fire road that will loop you out to the main road and back to the cottage, about a 3 mile hike.
