If that request is ignored and a second attempt is made with no response, your stay will be cancelled without refund & you will be removed from the property immediately. We have the sweetest, kindest, elderly neighbors - please respect them
3. Smoking and vaping of any kind is prohibited on the property to ensure the safety of our home and guests | Mandatory $300 Fine

- Please Be Advised: If your stay causes our housekeepers to do a deep clean in preparation for our next guests, you will be subject to a Mandatory $300 Deep-Clean Fine - this includes stained/unusable bedding, towels, carpets etc food, drinks or trash left throughout the home, missing or damaged property, and ANY/ALL plumbing issues
- All trash must be placed in the designated trash/recycling bins located out front & to the right of the home.
- Trash is never to be left throughout the home, in the yard, the firepit, or on the pool deck. If you notice you're acquiring an excess amount during your stay, please set your host know as soon as possible. | Mandatory $500 Fine for violating ANY of those house rules
* Please be advised - This rule & associated fine, reflect the severity of damage + compromised sanitation standards that trash, including food & liquids, can cause to our home if left unchecked. We are aware that this is an extremely high dollar fine & hope that the dollar amount conveys how much damage can occur in our South Florida climate. Thank you for understanding
9. Stays for families with children under 18yrs of age:
- Children are never permitted to be left alone on the property, or at the pool, without adult supervision of 25yrs old and up accompanying them
- Children under 16yrs of age are only permitted food and drink in the designated dining areas and must be supervised by an adults 25yrs old and up - with the exception of breastfeeding mothers and parents with infants, where feeding in the bedrooms is permitted - if you are breastfeeding & need accommodations, please contact your host !
10. LAKE MANGONIA: Lake Mangonia not only provides you with a stunning view, but also provides all of West Palm & Palm Beach with our drinking water. ANY dumping, trash, or human waste is STRICKLY PROHIBITED AND PUNISHABLE BY LAW.
