The large driveway and garage will allow plenty of space for your cars, bikes, and kayaks. This home also has a great outdoor rinse-off area with hot and cold water, perfect after a day at the beach! *No more than 10 guests are allowed at the property at any time* The owner requires a $250 security deposit, if excess trash is left at the property after the guest departs, the security deposit will not be returned. Portable air conditioning units in the primary bedroom and second bedroom. Newly installed in 2022 - Mini split AC/Heat in the living area which covers the kitchen and hallway bedrooms as well. Two new chairs, and a table for the living room. New chairs in the kitchen. There is now also a TV in the primary bedroom that is a smart TV for streaming, no cable. Non-refundable $500 Administrative Fee, Cleaning Fee $495 (Linen Included) plus applicable state and local taxes.
