It has a great view of the Caloosahatchee River and the Edison Bridge from every room and the large screened balcony. It has great amenities including fiberoptic internet, cable TV, new 85" Samsun smart TV in living room and is furnished with high quality furniture and linen. It is inside a gated community with its own waterfront infinity pool, jacuzzi, tennis/pickle ball courts, gym, theater, library, club room and private pier. It is within walking distance to all attractions of downtown Fort Myers including the Edison and Ford Winter Estates. It is only 16 miles away from the Florida Southwestern International Airport (RSW) which is served by over 15 domestic and international airlines with direct flights to over 50 US and international cities. It is also 16 miles to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. Many golf courses and nature reserves (e.g. Six Mile Cypress Slough Reserve) are within minutes by car. It is within 1 hour drive from Naples, Marco Island, the Everglades and 2 to 3 hour drive to Miami and Orlando.

Summary: Overall I had a very pleasant stay! Though by myself, the condo certainly has room for more with the 2 extra bedrooms. John was available for any questions and responses were timely. The staff and management were also very helpful for day to day questions, and the property is very safe. The sunsets are spectacular from the lanai, and the infinity pool is the best! I would definitely return!
