The Space:
The East facing porch at The Sunshine House features a yellow front door with a darling yellow porch swing to match. The Borough has a shared fire pit where guests can gather and enjoy cool summer evenings with their friends and family.
Inside you will enjoy a gorgeous open concept living space featuring a pull out sofa for extra guests, flat screen tv, and luxurious furnishings. The exposed brick interior allows colorful art to pop off the walls! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes and essentials you will need during your stay. 4 barstools and an oversized kitchen island welcome you to enjoy meals with your group. Your vacation should be no work, all play! We provide grocery and meal delivery when you make arrangements in advance of your stay.
On the second floor you will find the full bathroom with great natural light plus a lighted vanity and tiled shower. The master suite boasts a view out to the courtyard, a king bed, built in shelving, a flat screen tv and cozy sleeping loft with a queen size bed. A washer and dryer are conveniently located on this level, but please don't do too many chores. You're at the lake!
The Sunshine House is located within a 3 minute walk to both community pools and a 6 minute walk to the pop-up shops, swim beach and Mama Tig's Pizza. The size makes it the perfect fit for couples or small families to escape the hustle and bustle and slow down in the beautiful town of Carlton Landing.
All town amenities such as pools, hot tub, sports courts and walking trails, are included with your stay. The entire Sunshine House is yours alone. One paved parking spot is included and located behind the house in the shared paved driveway. You'll also share the grassy courtyard and large firepit in front of the house with the other guests and residents of The Borough.

Carlton Landing is a walkable, resort-style community on the shore of Lake Eufaula. It offers all of the usual lake attractions with an upscale, new urbanism polish. Community amenities include parks, playgrounds, walking trails, pools, grills, restaurants and more. Come visit the place that has been called "The Seaside of Oklahoma"!

Getting Around:
The entire neighborhood is considered walkable. All amenities can be reached by sidewalk or boardwalk and range from 3-10 minute walking distance from your vacation home. We love our bicycles, scooters, and various types of leisure transportation here in Carlton Landing. Be sure to bring yours along!
We do recommend a golf cart rental if you plan on loading gear to the pools or lake or if you just want a fun way to get your group around town. We'll share the best local resources so you can get a great deal!
