Recently updated for a fresh and modern feel, this townhome boats a fun sailboat theme. The interior of the townhome features nautical decor, evoking the spirit of sailing and living in a lake community. During the summer months, visit one of the five lakeside parks and enjoy a day of swimming and relaxing in the sun. Beach chairs, inflatable paddleboards, cooler, and beach toys are available from May-September. During the winter months, relax in the cozy living area with a 65in flatscreen adorned with sailboat-inspired furnishings, creating an inviting space to unwind. The bedrooms continue the theme, offering a comfortable and themed sanctuary for a restful night's sleep. The primary and secondary bedrooms have all new furniture in 2024 including a memory foam king mattress in the primary and a memory foam queen mattress in the secondary. The secondary guest closet is stocked with a pack in play, high chair, baby bath, and toys for little ones. For added comfort, the townhome is equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant stay even during warm summer days. There is a washer and dryer conveniently located in the hallway closet and the living room couch converts to a queen bed for additional sleeping space. Kitchen appliances are all brand new and the kitchen is fully stocked. If there is anything additional you need during your stay the hosts are happy to accommodate requests.

The townhome features dedicated parking directly in front of the entrance, ensuring easy access to your temporary abode. Each guest will be provided with electronic door code that will be automatically disabled upon checkout. Additionally, boat and trailer parking are available offsite upon request, catering to those looking to explore the lake with their watercraft.
