Conveniently located 1.2 miles down University Drive from Beaver Stadium for weekend festivities and 2 miles away from the local medical facilities for our travel nurses on contract. Convenience! This home is available during football season for 2-night stays Sept 1-Nov 30, and Dec 1-Aug 30 is reserved for 30-day stays.
PROPERTY DETAILS:
Tucked away for privacy, the entrance to our home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac down a sloped private driveway. The secluded setting ensures a quiet and peaceful retreat for the weekend or long stays, close to the campus but away from the college scene and college rentals.
Each bedroom has a smart TV, memory foam bed with white linens and extra blankets, a workstation desk, ceiling fan, individually controlled baseboard heat, blackout blinds, and smartlocks on the doors for privacy.
The large living room/family room is designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring three comfortable leather sofas, 65" SmartTV, and the best views of Mount Nittany, Happy Valley, and private golf course.
The extra-large chef's kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need - filtered water, ice, coffee maker, air fryer, double oven, instant pot, toaster, etc. Eat at the oversized island, at the dining room table, or outside on the deck with beautiful views of the golf course and Mount Nittany.
ACCESS:
You will have the whole main level of the house and upper deck with propane grill to enjoy. There is a private basement suite with its own exterior entrance which is typically vacant and not accessible to our guests.
ACCESSIBILITY:
The entrance is down a sloped driveway. The house is not suitable for folks not in great physical shape for walking.
PREREQUISIITES:
We prioritize bookings for families, mature couples, and individuals traveling together for business purposes.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate groups of unrelated individuals under 25 years old at this property.
No parties, gatherings, or visitors not listed on the reservation are allowed on the property and 3 cars maximum.
