With approximately 5,000 square feet, five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a private pool and spa, this spacious retreat accommodates up to 14 guests. Designed for large families and group getaways, the home combines direct beach access with multiple indoor and outdoor spaces for gathering.
Open Kitchen, Dining and Gulf-View Living Spaces
The second floor is the main gathering level, featuring a large living room with plenty of seating, beach views and access to two beachfront balconies.
The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and counter seating for six guests. The adjacent breakfast area also seats six, while the dining area seats another six guests. Gulf views from the kitchen, living room and breakfast area make every meal feel connected to the beach.
One balcony includes additional outdoor seating, while the other has a high-top table and gas grill.
Media Room and Three-Level Layout
The second level also includes a separate media room with an 85-inch TV, sectional seating and a large plush couch—ideal for movie nights and downtime. A half bathroom is located on this level.
On the ground floor, a mixed-use space includes a sofa bed, TV and direct access to the private pool and patio area.
