Located in the unique waterfront community of Sandy Point Shores, just an hour south of the Canadian border. Guests love this chic, Pacific NW style vacation home, with its large driftwood-edged fire pit, 40 ft dock w/crab pots & kayaks, & picnic area.
The house itself is bright and gorgeous, with open an concept living, kitchen & dining area, family TV room that opens onto the outdooor fun, 2 beautiful bedrooms (and a 3rd “bedroom”: actually a cool tower look-out room with queen-size day bed ….. accessed via a ships style stairs/ladder from the nautically-inspired home office (what a place to work from, if you have to!) Not recommended as a sleeping area for young children, but great for teens or adults.
The kitchen is convenient & has everything you need for your family stay. There is also a large gas grill, storage shed with life jackets, yard games etc, full-size washer/dryer, and plenty of parking.
Part of wonderful Sandy Point Shores, with many walking paths, tennis court, golf course and beaches to comb. 20 minutes to “retro” Birch Bay, 5 min from one of the best fresh seafood stores in the area! A very serene place to getaway to, with bunnies, birds, seals and more… pretty much a constant parade of nature in a very peaceful setting.
Less than two hours from Seattle, but truly worlds away!
