Featuring a double detached garage with a fully-equipped 1-bdrm Coach House, in addition to the 6-bdrm main cottage, this property is ideal for large or multi-generational families. The immaculately-manicured grounds surrounding the two buildings offers a vast area of grassy space, perfect for children and dogs to frolic about! Follow the granite steps toward the fire pit area, or perhaps to one of the three docks on the property, and enjoy the 400' of frontage in the privacy of your own bay! With deep water off the end of the docks, this property also features a sandy beach walk-in. The property also provides access to two private tennis courts with basketball hoop shared by six families a few minutes drive from cottage!
