Second floor studio in an 1890`s historical house with a queen pull down `Murphy` bed. Walking distance to downtown with many restaurants/shopping/nightlife/theaters/walking trails/liquor store/grocery/gas/pharmacy/pubs/coffee shop/ice skating/laundry. Close by are beaches/boat tours and golf to name a few. The seacoast has much to offer. 1 hr. from Boston, 1.5 hr from White Mountains. This is a very friendly neighborhood and you`ll just love the charm that Portsmouth has to offer!
This studio has a fun and different design. We did the `re-use` concept. Wood from a wall closet we took out to give the living space more room became great shelving. Wood pallets were stained and painted and are covering some of the wall space. The space is warm and inviting.
Most everything is within walking distance and Uber is available and very affordable. We are approximately .5 miles to town to places such as The Music Hall, Jimmy Jaz, The Goat etc.
Make yourself at home. You will have access to your private apartment which will have most items you need. There is plenty of free on street parking. If your stay brings you to Portsmouth in the winter and there is a parking ban, no need to worry, we have space in the back of the house for your parking convenience during the parking ban.
