Positive: I never ate breakfast there. It didn't even look like they had anything except for coffee

Negative: The cleaning staff. I'm glad they got new housekeepers. The guy that would come in to clean spoke or understood very little English. He would knock and I would say " JUST A MINUTE!" he would start banging on the door and yelling at me me. It was reported that I wouldn't let housekeeping in . That was not true . If you can't understand the difference between just a minute and go away then there is a problem and that person should not be working that job. The guy didn't care what he swept up and threw away. He threw my glasses away and I had to buy a new pair . A guy at the front desk would call me at 1 am or even 5 am and would get on me for not paying my room when I most certainly did .there were some nice people that worked there.
