Two new full bathrooms, beautiful full kitchen & dining room, den & living room. Bedroom #1 has 1 queen bed, bedroom #2 has 1 full bed and bedroom #3 has 1 twin. The is a sofa bed in the living room. Located close to beaches, ferry, Jitney and many lovely locations in East Marion and Greenport. Steps away from the wonderful "Angels Country Store" deli and the famous "Lavender by the Bay" lavender farm, along with SEP's farm stand. We are 3 minute drive to the lovely seaside village of Greenport and 5 minutes from Orient and the Cross-Sound Ferry to Connecticut. This home has one bedroom and bathroom on the first level and two semi-private bedrooms on the second floor with a full private bathroom. The second floor is accessible by charming spiral stairs...
