The Pamlico Sound is just forty feet away, with great wind sports, kayaking, fishing, clamming, and crabbing. This home caters to folks who are looking to hang out together while exploring the beach, the sound, the neighborhood, and all the adventure this special island has to offer.
Outside Sunshine, you'll find an under-house carport, two outdoor showers, a fish-cleaning table, 4 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, lifejackets, and a half-bath. Skip up the stairs to the first floor of this two-level home. Play pool, Ping-Pong, foosball, or shuffleboard in the huge soundfront game room, or step onto the deck and jump into the seven-person hydrotherapy hot tub.
