The bottom patio is suited for games, including a shuffleboard court, corn hole set, and ladder ball set. The furry members of your family will also love the enclosed grassy yard available off the downstairs patio.
Inside, the open floor plan maximizes special moments with your loved ones. The gorgeous chef's kitchen boasts a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large center island. The in-kitchen dining table is ideal for both large meals and card games. The adjacent living room boasts ample seating and a large smart TV.
Down the hallway, you'll find the home's primary bedroom, a private workspace for your remote work needs, a half bathroom, and a laundry area. Well-decorated for your comfort and enjoyment, the primary bedroom boasts an attached game room - which will be well-loved by the entire family. Due to recent increases in water levels some boat ramps have been opened on Canyon Lake. Boat ramps #1 and #2 are open for free, public use. Boat ramps #14, #17, #18 and #19 are also open but do charge a fee for entry. For the most up to date water levels and ramp openings please visit the mycanyonlake website.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
