This studio sits on the (elevator-accessible) third floor of its building, with grounds that include a community hot tub, sauna, and fitness center. There are also laundry facilities - conveniently located on the third floor as well - for your snowy or dusty clothes.
The interior makes smart use of its space, treating you to the warm and inviting atmosphere you seek in the Rocky Mountains. On winter afternoons, curl up on the soft sofa, warm your toes by the fireplace, and watch a favorite movie on cable or streaming services. Come summer, swing open the glass door and breathe in the fresh alpine air on your balcony. You'll have a kitchen with all the essentials, a dining table for at-home meals, and two sleeping spaces - a Murphy bed and a sleeper sofa - in the main living area.
