•Service Animals / ESA: All service animals or emotional support animals (ESA) must be disclosed to the host at the time of booking and to the HOA at the time of application. The Moorings Service Animal and ESA Policies requires Service Animal Application, and the Pet Registration forms must be completed and approved by the HOA Board. Please request this information prior to booking.

• You are accountable for any property damage during your stay
• Children over 3 welcome.
• No Smoking in the unit or on balcony (Risk of eviction and no refunds will be given with a $750 cleaning fee)
• Check-in: After 4:00 PM Check-out: Before 11:00 AM (Guest’s will be charged $50 for every 30 minutes Guest stays past 11 A. M. We ask you to please follow the check-in and check-out times. )
• Landlord assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen or abandoned items. Reasonable effort will be made to contact the Guest for return. There will be a $25. 00 handling charge plus shipping costs for any found items returned at Guest’s request. Management shall not be held liable for condition of said items. Any items not claimed for longer than 30 days, may be donated or sold.
