Private home in quiet area. HOST LIVES IN THE HOUSE AND WILL BE IN THE HOME. No more than 5 adults. Can possibly host up to seven if some are younger children. Check in is 3pm for Mon-Fri arrivals and 7:30pm for Sunday arrivals. Check out is by 11am for all departures. Guests have full access to lower level (~1200 sq ft) which includes two bedrooms, common area and a bath. Guests have access to washer and dryer. Guests can use the upstairs kitchen for fridge, stove, and microwaves. Host provides wifi. Host does not provide toiletries-- bring own soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc. Recommend bringing own towels and wash clothes.
