All the bedrooms are ample sized with large closets. The master has en-suite master bath with whirlpool tub, and adjacent dressing room overlooking the lake with French doors. The enclosed garage has a full laundry area as well as another living space with futon.

The exterior features include a screened-in front porch and our favorite place, a large gazebo with soft lighting and teak table for al fresco dining, usually with a sumptuous breeze. You can watch the sunrise, the sunset and the moon rise, all from the same spot! Turtles, ducks and other wildlife make regular visits. There is also an outside propane grill
The community amenities include a swimming pool, basketball and tennis courts and walking trails. The beach is about a 10 minute car ride. Publix and other stores are within 5 minutes.
