4 Bedroom Cottage in Ocean Pines, Berlin
Pura Vida is located in the north Ocean Pines community, just a 10-minute drive to Ocean City, Maryland. Situated in a private cul-de sac location and within walking distance to the public pool, its the perfect oasis for families who enjoy the privacy and quietness of Ocean Pines, yet have quick a access to Ocean City. Ocean Pines provides a private block-long beach at 49th St in Ocean City. Pools are open from Memorial Day thru Labor Day for an additional fee.
Cottage was recently renovated with a new kitchen, bathrooms, new carpeting, new mattresses and bedding, and central air conditioning. The cottage comfortably sleeps 8 in three bedrooms and a loft. Large deck overlooking the canal with immediate access to the Saint Martin River.
Occupants are limited to family groups only - no sororities, fraternities or non-chaperoned groups are allowed to book with us. Primary renter must be 28 years of age, or older, to obtain a rental agreement on a property. If a group misrepresents themselves, they will be evicted immediately without refund.
Please bring cell phones as we do not provide a landline.
A $500 security deposit is required and the deposit is returned within 14 days after a satisfactory inspection is completed.
Linens and towels are included: There is 1 king/master bedroom, 1 king bedroom 1st floor, 1 queen bedroom, and a sleeping loft with 2 singles which can also be converted into a king upon request. Each bedroom has a TV with Firestick.
Free Wi-Fi
One of the Ocean Pines pools is within walking distance from the house. Daily Pool passes can be purchased at any of the Ocean Pines pools. Pools are open from Memorial Day thru Labor Day. Parking passes can be purchased for the OP Club house in Ocean City with the purchase of pool passes.
Golfing fees are extra.
No pets are allowed; there are no exceptions to this rule.

Cleaning fee is $200
Dock fee if you plan to bring a boat or jet skis is an additional $100 fee.
