While there, explore the private nature trails, and Indian River with beautiful scenery, abundant with water and wildlife views.
The home has an open floor plan with large kitchen and connecting bar and bar stools to living space and dining room. The sun room is perfect for morning coffee overlooking the golf course and pond with a running fountain. Enjoy a cocktail on the back deck in the evening and if you want to eat in, fire up the grill while you watch the sun go down. Kitchen is fully equipped for all meals and features stove, toaster oven/air fryer, microwave and full sets of dishes and silverware. SmartTV with Netlix, Disney+, ESPN, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and Wifi are included for your entertainment. The master bedroom features a king bed and separate bathroom with jetted tub and shower and double sinks. Bethany Bay is a private and quiet community that is a short drive to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. There are amenities here for everyone to include a large Swimming Pool/Kiddie Pool and Hot Tub, Tennis courts, Pickleball Courts, Basketball, Volleyball, Playground and Fitness Center. Renters will have access to Kayak and Paddleboard and all equipment for amenities to include tennis and pickleball rackets and balls as well as basketball and volleyball. We also have two bikes, beach chairs, towels and cooler. The Golf course is also available for use for minimal fee and best of all, golf cart is included in this rental!! Even if you don’t play golf, take a drive around the community, and watch the sunrise and sunset. Enjoy kayaking and paddle boarding steps away from the house and explore small beaches right within the community as well.
