The condo is centrally located at Jacobs Landing with only a short walk to the beach or to the clubhouse on property where the indoor pool, hot tub, tennis court, game room and other activities are located. 2 bedroom 1.5 bath upper unit has a brand new (2022) Queen size bed in the lower bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen to make a light snack or a meal. The living room has a wood burning fireplace, Cable TV, access to a small deck with propane BBQ for your use. This lower level also has a washer/dryer and full size bathroom. Upstairs is another Queen bed and a half bath. The Owner has provided complimentary WIFI for your use during your stay. Pets are allowed for a non refundable pet fee of $100.00 per pet (max 2)
