The forth bedroom (with double bed) is located on the main level next to the laundry closet. Open concept living makes this space larger than it appears. With the living and dining overlooking a walkout to the private lanai with your personal hot tub. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up a quick snack between parks or prepare a full meal. Enjoy an evening on the lanai with a nice glass of wine while you relax in the hot tub!

Our resort community and surrounding area offers loads of activities for the whole family to enjoy. Within the gated community, we have a large heated swimming pool, another hot tub and a separate pool offering waterslides. On weather permitting days, outdoor games are displayed for everyone to use around the pool area. Games such as, ping-pong, beanbag toss, outdoor size connect four and may more. Within the mix of the pool amenities, is our poolside snack and drink bar so you don't have to trek back to your house for munchies. Inside the clubhouse, you will find a fitness center, two game rooms and a restaurant/bar for evening meals. The pool area is equipped with free WIFI for your enjoyment.
