Centrally-located on the Tamiami Trail (US-41) near downtown Sarasota and Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ), we're close (about a 15 minute drive) to beautiful white sand beaches that fade into the crystal emerald and blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico - Siesta Key, Lido Key, Longboat Key, and Anna Maria Island. Just 10 minutes to St Armands Circle. You'll also be able to easily access a variety of water sports like kayaking, boating, fishing, and more. While here, you can enjoy the Sarasota Bay waterfront, and beautiful sunsets that compliment the tropical landscaping, enjoying the great amenities like the outdoor tiki bar and restaurant with live music, fire pit, huge heated outdoor pool with poolside food and beverage service, towel service and new fitness center. The Laundry room is always available, and Marina & Boat rentals also are available on site. Tons of Free parking, even for boats, trailers and campers.
