This lovingly-maintained two-story property features sleeping for 12 among six bedrooms, including two main bedrooms with private baths on each level. Large, open floor plan boasts a recently-renovated kitchen with granite and stainless appliances, dining for 12, and a gas fireplace. Upstairs a more casual loft area with a flat-screen TV and gas fireplace provides additional space for relaxation.
The 60-foot deck with gas grill, outdoor dining and retractable awning overlooks serene Upper Mill Pond, where you can sail, swim or fish from your private dock.
This property is equipped with central a/c, WIFI, and an outdoor shower for your comfort.
Hotel-style amenities such as bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, soap, toilet issue and paper towels are provided for you convenience.
Nearby is the famous Brewster General Store, the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History and Captain's Golf Course, as well as a number of restaurants and bars (ranging from take-out to fine dining). In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Written notice of cancellation must be accompanied by payment of a $295 cancellation fee to Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, which may be charged to a credit card. Upon Notice of Cancellation, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty will endeavor to find a substitute tenant. In the event a substitute tenant is found, monies paid in advance will be refunded, less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due. You herein acknowledge that you will only be entitled to a rebate only if you give written notice, pay the cancellation fee and the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. For your protection, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty recommends the purchase of Optional Travel Insurance provided by CSA. In the event the property does not rent for the same terms, all Guest payments for the entire agreement amount are due and forfeited to the owner.
