The cottage is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac just across the street from Pleasant Beach in West Harwich. Guests love the privacy of the location and of course, the easy beach access. A two-bedroom addition with a bay window was added later, forming two attached but separate & secluded suites. Each has a private entrance, separate yard and BBQ areas with picnic tables and charcoal grills. This listing includes both suites. The set-up is ideal for large families or two couples vacationing together. The 600 sq. ft. Sea Breeze Suite has one bedroom and sleeps up to 3. The bedroom has a queen sleigh bed. The living area has a picture window with ocean view and contains a pull-out sleep sofa, dining area, TV with cable access and a Roku Streambar (includes Netflix, Amazon Video, Disney+ and Paramount+) plus a decorative fireplace. There’s an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after the beach. The galley kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishware and silverware. The kitchen includes a dishwasher. Your favorite spot may be the raised patio with ocean views of sailboats passing by - ideal for unwinding. The 1100 sq. ft. Dune Suite has two bedrooms and sleeps up to 5. The suite has one large bedroom with a King sleigh bed and a set of bunks, and one small bedroom with single twin bed. There's a TV with Roku in the large bedroom. You'll have everything you need with a fully equipped galley kitchen, full bath plus additional half bath, living room/ dining room combination and pull-out queen sleep sofa. The living area has a TV with cable and Roku and a large bay window with an ocean view. There is a spacious backyard perfect for ball games, badminton and corn hole.
