This unit has a deck overlooking the salt pond with gorgeous sunset views and a couch to lay on and look at the stars. Complete with dual-zone central a/c and heat with high speed Wi-fi and Roku TV for your streaming apps.
This unit is located directly across from a kayak ramp into the Salt Pond which is great for kayaking, snorkeling, paddle boards, quahogs, etc. Use the new outdoor shower to clean the sand off after a day in the salt pond or at the beach. In addition to a king bed the unit has a pull-out couch (linens for the pull out bed are available upon request for an additional fee).
The Village at Potter Pond has been a family-oriented vacation getaway for years. There are limited slips for boats so please inquire with us early if you would like to reserve a slip on our private docks. Boat slips are available for $30/day. *Sorry, but there are no pets allowed according to association rules.
