This townhome is a 700 sqft 2-floor house with a living room & kitchen downstairs, and bed- & bathroom upstairs. Its location is unbeatable, walk to Kerrytown in 5 minutes, downtown in 10 minutes and central campus in 15 minutes.

Minimum stay is 30 stays. If you're concerned about the lack of reviews, please reach out and I'd be happy to talk/meet. I'm a UM alum and stayed here after graduation to work for a local startup.

Highlights:
- Queen-sized brand new mattress & all-season comforter
- Work station with adjustable work desk, ergonomic chair, docking station, 27 inch curved monitor, keyboard & mouse
- Leather sofa and 55-inch smart TV
- Fully equipped kitchen with waterfilter, Keurig coffee maker, T-fal cookware, chef's knives & porcelain dishes
- 4 sets of bath, hand and wash towels, plus hair dryer
- If anything is missing, let me know and I'll order it with overnight shipping

Some not-so highlights:
- Street parking can be limited, I may be able to provide a parking pass if needed
- Washers & driers are in the basement and shared/paid (I provide quarters worth $30 per stay)
- Townhome is near the Ann Arbor freight train track (as are almost all downtown apartments), but you get used to it within a few days and the train passes by quite infrequently, especially during the colder months
