Positive: The location/view.

Negative: The property is very dated with numerous areas of wear and damage (kitchen cabinets, bathroom wallpaper, tiled bathroom vanity tops, window hardware and screening to mention a few). The only updates that were made were new furniture, kitchen countertop and downstairs flooring. The property being dated didn’t actually bother us but the rental company trying to claim damages to the already heavily discolored and stained off-white carpet that we did not cause and were present upon arrival really put a downer on our stay. I highly recommend taking a walk through video upon arrival to record the state of the entire house so that you are not on the hook for any damages done not by your party.
