We began designing North Point Cove in 2022 and broke ground in 2023. A true family build that took just over two years from start to finish. Together with friends and relatives, we poured our hearts into every beam, board, and detail to create something special.
From sunrise coffee on the balcony overlooking the water, to the gym & sauna then end your evenings around the fire or relaxing in the hot tub.

Prior to your arrival, you must complete our Pre-Arrival Form and sign & agree to our Rental Conditions.
The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and present for the duration of the stay.
This is a non-smoking and pet-free property. Smoking and pets are not permitted anywhere on the premises. Violation of these rules will incur a minimum $500 extra cleaning fee.
Only the registered number of guests may stay at the property unless prior written approval is given. Additional unauthorized guests will be asked to leave immediately, or incur an additional $250 per guest, per night.
The home is intended for quiet enjoyment. Please be respectful of neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
