With several ski mountains, walking/hiking/ATV trails, Maines most popular river-the Saco river that you can float down for hours in the the summer time, lakes for epic fishing and relaxation, and delicious restaurants all around us (and most of these options under 5-10 miles away) and North Conway just 20 minutes down the road, its the perfect vacation spot for any and all seasons!
What makes our rental unique is that its located in our privately owned and operated commercial building (you'll most likely see Eric on the property while you enjoy your stay :)) in the heart of Fryeburg, ME, with one of the most beautiful walking/running/riding trails in Maine, the Mountain Division Trail in our back yard just steps away (literally) that you can access year round. A 8 mile trail that perfect for walking, running, rollerblading, biking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, thats wheelchair friendly and a direct access for snowmobilers in the winter to ITS 80 which is over 100’s of miles of riding trails all over Maine and New Hampshire with stunning scenic views of the White Mountains.
