Recently moved this property off another platform and over to VRBO - which is why you won't find any reviews. Also this is our 2nd home - we use it frequently - so low turnover keeps the place comfy and clean!. Great for folks executing relocation and needing a temporary place to live. Consider this townhome your home away from home while you visit Melbourne Beach. With 2 bedrooms featuring a king and queen bed, two smart tvs, heating, and AC, this fabulous property is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Just one block walk to the community fishing pier on the intercoastal, and three blocks to the community beach front. This half mile stretch of beach is for the community only - and we just love how frequently you have it all or nearly all to yourself! You can literally watch launches from our upstairs deck. Sea a pre-dawn launch and sea turtles in the same morning (May-Oct). Nothing else like it in the United States! Two community pools, fitness center, pickelball, tennis, bacciball, sauna are all available to you. Feel free to reach out to us during your stay - we're happy to suggest local spots to check out. Cool decking on front patio with lounge area, large umbrella and gas grill is great place to hang out after a day in the sun. Desk area in 2nd bedroom is perfect for work from home in a quiet space. Publix with liquor store just one mile south, Melbourne Beach Market with New York style deli and great wine/beer selection just 2 miles north. Great dining nearby with Djons Steak and Lobster, Ocean 302, Coconut Cafe and Oceanside pizza all within 2 miles. Robbies is a great coffee/breakfast place - again just 2 miles up the road.
