Positive: Seemed very quiet the first night just what I wanted as i was really here to just rest. 2nd not so much, upstairs neighbor making a lot of coming a going noises at like 5AM? several landings by med helicopter at nearby hospital also very loud and unexpected. Street parking not any issue area in general a bit dark and desolate. Again it gets you away from downtown noises like trash trucks etc which I have experienced elsewhere

Negative: Very spase accomidations, giant bed with minimal pillows, blanket from a single? AC units are the freestanding type that make a lot of noise, could not get a good combo of noise/vs cooling going and it was not hot so good luck in July here. Also not much of anything provided by hosts in terms of basics I was not looking for welcome wine but I mean NO TOILET PAPER? seems almost cruel to a female traveler.

Summary: Decent value but come prepared
